The CMQ under training has to learn how to identify the various types of team and their purposes. The classic stages of team development should be clear to him. These stages include forming, storming, norming and performing.

He also has to apply team-building methods to bring about harmony within project teams and describe the different roles concerned with team support. Lastly, he is responsible for assessing the performance of teams, as well.

  • ASQ Code of Ethics.

ASQ needs all certificate holders to comply with its code of ethics by staying honest and serving impartially. Such accredited professionals must work to increase the prestige and competence of the profession.

They must apply their knowledge for human welfare. Thus, during the training, the trainee learns how to identify and apply the actions that comply with the ASQ code of ethics.
