Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

The Six Sigma black belt set of techniques and tools are not just for process improvement. They are also for many graduates to get decent jobs with high salaries and great chances to grow. Six Sigma black belt seeks to improve the quality of the process and thereby outputs.Training for a Six Sigma black belt certification would enable a participant to identify the causes for defects in the process, and with efficient quality management, it helps to rectify these defects in the manufacturing and all other business processes.Using state of the art empirical and statistical methods, the Six Sigma black belt devises a sigma rating that defines the accuracy of a process.

At MISP, we deal with all the methodologies of Six Sigma black belt, which includes the DMAIC, and DMADV along with all the quality management tools that are required for participants to be successful in their jobs. The Six Sigma black belt lays more emphasis on enterprise-wide exposure, team management, analysis, measurement, improvisation and control. The key benefits of this certification would be global expertise gained from MISP, and certification from PMI, UK.

Any individual with a secondary degree with five years of work experience, and any individual with a bachelor’s degree with a three-year work experience may apply for the Six Sigma black belt certification. At the end of the course, there would be a 1-hour examination with 30 questions, along with a mandatory project work.
